Women in Coffee Ethiopia empowers women across the Ethiopian coffee value chain through resources, training, and advocacy.

They will empower women in the coffee sector by providing training in post-harvest techniques and quality control leading to improved coffee quality, higher incomes, and more local jobs. Furthermore, the project addresses financial barriers by offering shared, affordable processing and roasting facilities, increasing women's participation in higher-value activities within the coffee industry.
